Our service assists property owners in canceling laundry machine leasing contracts by tracking contract expiration windows and executing timely cancellation letters on their behalf. We charge a one-time fee of $250 for this service, which includes:

• Contract analysis and expiration window identification
• Preparation and mailing of cancellation letter to the leasing company
• Real-time email updates on the cancellation process
• Support throughout the cancellation period

3. Payment Terms

Payment of $250 is required to initiate the cancellation process. Payment must be made via credit card through our secure payment system. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

4. Contract Obligations

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your lease contract. This includes:

• Correct contact information
• Accurate installation and execution dates
• Valid contract documentation
• Leasing company mailing address

Any inaccuracies in provided information may result in delays or failure to process your cancellation.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we make reasonable efforts to process cancellations within contract windows, we do not guarantee successful lease termination. Outcomes may vary based on contract terms, leasing company policies, and other factors beyond our control. Our service is provided on an "as-is" basis.

6. Cancellation Policy

Once payment is processed and the cancellation process has begun, refunds are generally not available. However, if we are unable to locate or process your contract within 30 days, you may request a refund by contacting support.
